Cesanese
Famous as the only DOC vine in the Province of Frosinone, it gives an intense aroma of cherry, a rubin colour not excessively charged, and a velvet taste, rightly tannic, soft and mellow.
In spite of its low output per hectar, it can give extraordinary results.

Bommino
Almost unknown variety to ampelographers and expert oenologists. Cultivated for generations, it finds upon Santa Maria Pugliano hills its ideal habitat both in white and stony grounds, and in red ones, getting from burning summer sunbeams its sugar percentage together with its very peculiar colour and character.
It gives life to an absolutely intensive rubin wine, with a perfect alcoholic strength and correctly tannic, soft and mellow taste.
It is since forever the right sidekick for the Cesanese.
Ciliegiolo
It started to be cultivated quite recently, in this area: about sixty years ago, with the advent of wild rootstocks, it appeared on our hills, finding its congenial habitat and giving excellent results.
It gives a lively rubin wine, with a discrete alcoholic strength. Cherry to the nose, it permits long conservation and the right aging to wines with whom it is mixed.
Passerina
It owes its name to its resistance against plant disease that causes grapes putrefaction. Actually, it is the well known Trebbiano Toscano, generous variety cultivated over the almost entire Italian territory.
It gives plentiful, beautiful bunches. The sunlight of our hills gives them a wonderful colour: transparent, amber, solar!
We obtain a well structured wine, with a straw colour and a and a fresh, embracing and determined aroma.
Bellone
Well widespread in Lazio for its high yield, together with its simple aroma and a high sugar percentage.
It gives a very fresh tasting wine.

Malvasia puntinata
It presents the unmistakable grape with a little grey point at its far end.
It has a discrete yield and a good-looking golden colour. It generates a great wine, with a very good aroma, good flavour and delicacy, sapid and rightly alcoholic.
Pagadebiti
It is the most productive vine variety, among those cited until now. It is cultivated holding in check the yield, in order to exalt its good qualities. From its big, very rich bunches, we get an exquisite, sweet, fresh wine, sapid but not much alcoholic.
Beglio bono
It is an autochthon vine variety, very ancient, not well known among the experts, but with a great potentiality. It produces small, compact bunches. The colour is an almost brown, deep yellow. It gives a rightly alcoholic, well structured wine.
